At Nexbricks, we do our best to process, ship, and deliver every order as clearly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it becomes available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you by email and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
United States: 7-15 business days
United Kingdom: 8-18 business days
European Union: 8-18 business days
Australia: 8-18 business days
Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@nexbricks.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at support@nexbricks.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@nexbricks.com with your order number.
We will help you check the tracking status and work with the carrier where possible. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund according to the situation.
