Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Nexbricks order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Items that have been assembled, used, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing pieces or packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@nexbricks.com with:
Your order number
The email address used for the order
A short explanation of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a solution at no additional cost to you. This may include a replacement, missing parts support, prepaid return label, or refund.
If the return is for any other reason, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nexbricks.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue. This helps us resolve the problem quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges and Replacements
If your item is defective, damaged, or missing parts, we may offer a replacement item or replacement parts instead of a refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or assembled items
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items not in original condition or packaging
Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear
Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nexbricks.com.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
